Who we are

What we collect

The quote form collects your name, company or property name, work email, optional phone number, postcode, property type, selected services, and any brief you choose to send. We use this to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.

How enquiries are processed

Form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf, then stored so we can reply. We do not sell enquiry data. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting contract, unless a longer legal retention period applies.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you actively accept analytics cookies. Cookiebot is the production consent tool once its domain group ID is configured. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect the quote form.

Lawful basis

We handle quote enquiries as a step toward a potential contract, or because you have asked us to respond. Analytics cookies, when used, rely on consent.

Your rights
